1. Refund Eligibility
All payments made for consultancy services, visa guidance, or packages are non-refundable.
Since our services involve professional time, knowledge, and advisory support, once a consultation or package is booked, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Services
All consultancy services are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This includes (but is not limited to) study visa consultancy, visitor visa consultancy, and scholarship package consultations.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, services cannot be cancelled.
No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused services.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements before booking a package.
4. Replacement or Re-scheduling
While refunds are not applicable, clients may request rescheduling of consultation appointments (subject to availability).
Any rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Dispute & Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes relating to payments or services are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
